Jet Pumps

Jet pumps are used when the water source is below the level of the pump, for instance, if the water is in a below ground level tank, or a creek or river where the pump is on the bank. Jet pumps can only lift water up to the pump for a height of 4-6m. After this, the performance of the pump is effected and you would be better off with a submersible pump.
