DAB KVCX30/80 Fully Automatic Vertical Multistage Pressure System with Loss of Prime and Run-Dry Protection.
The KVCX30/80 automatic pressure system includes the following features:
Polyslab - the pump is attached to the Polyslab with stainless steel bolts and nuts as well as steel supporting plates beneath the Polyslab. The Polyslab is made in Australia from UV stable plastic and will support up to 98kg of weight.
Inlet Check Valve - we are now supplying the KVCX series pumps with a "Hansen" nyglass one-way valve on the inlet side as these valves have proven to be extremely reliable. The other benefit of the "Hansen" check valve is that you can easily unscrew the top cover and clean the valve without needing to unscrew it from the pipework.
F40 Flow Switch - one of the really great features of the KVCX series of pumps is that we use a Kelco F40 Pump Controller unit to control the operation of the pump. This unit not only provides adjustable control of the ON and OFF function, but, it provides full protection against the pump running-dry as well as stopping the pump if the pump looses prime. In essence, the F40 affords the optimum protection and control.
