Dam Pumps
Dam pumps need to be able to lift water out of the dam into the pump safely and to be able to supply that water at the required pressure. All of the pumps that we list here with an electronic pressure controller will have protection against damage if the pump runs dry. Every pump needs to be protected against the elements and these include not just rain and sun but frost and freezing or below zero conditions, in addition, protection against mud wasps, ants, snakes and toads will ensure that your pump has a long life. Pump manufacturers do not warrant damage to pumps caused by external forces and that includes bugs and animals as well as weather and flood. A good quality pump cover is the minimum requirement, a sturdy shed is terrific.
