	Suction Filter with 12mm barbed inlet and outlet and stainless steel screen (J21-110) One of the few times we ever recommend a filter on the suction side of a pump is with our diaphragm pumps.   Diaphragms are a bit vulnerable to damage from small sharp objects so it is a great idea to install one of our suction filters on any diaphragm pump.   This one should be installed in the suction pipe when you have 1/2" or 12mm suction pipe.
